The North Tahoe Fire Department website was in need of an update. They wanted to move out of the complex and cumbersome Wordpress platform into something faster and easier to manage.

The solution for them was SquareSpace. They are thrilled with the results and so happy with the ease of use.

Two important additions to the site for accessibility are a translator and an accessibility software solution. The site can toggle between Spanish and English using an Elfsight translator. In addition, DK Design works with accessiBE a leading AI  solution  for web accessibility & ADA compliance. This allows the site to be available to a much wider audience.
